Your account
You need a valid work email to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity in your workspace, including actions taken by teammates and clients you invite.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed in USD, monthly or yearly, in advance. Taxes are added where they apply.
- Upgrades take effect straight away and are charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date.
- Limits such as brands, channels, AI posts and seats are set by your plan.
- Ad spend for boosted posts is billed by the platform to your own ad account and is not part of your plan.
Your content
You own your brand assets, briefs, drafts and published posts. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
You confirm you have the rights to the logos, images, music and text you upload or publish, and that your content follows the law and each platform's rules.
AI drafts and approval
AI-written posts, replies and ad copy are suggestions. Each one waits for a person to approve it before it is published, sent or boosted. You are responsible for reviewing drafts for accuracy, claims, offers and prices before approving them.
Social platforms
Channels connect through each platform's official access. Platforms may change their features, limits or policies at any time, which can affect what we can publish or read. Boosted posts are reviewed and approved by the platform under its own ad policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Buy, sell or fake followers, likes, comments or other engagement.
- Send spam, impersonate others or mislead people about who is posting.
- Publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringes the rights of others.
- Try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided as is. We may improve or change features over time and will give notice before removing a feature that is part of your plan.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost followers.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After closing, you can export your content for 30 days before it is deleted.
