Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run your workspace:
- Account details: your name, work email, brand or agency name, role and plan.
- Brand Kit content: logos, colors, fonts, voice notes, banned words, product notes and images you upload.
- Content you create: briefs, drafts, captions, scripts, schedules, approvals and comments.
- Connected channel data: posts, comments, messages and insights that platforms share through their official access for the accounts you connect.
- Usage data: pages visited in the app, features used, device and browser type, used to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
- To draft posts, replies and reports for your own workspace in your brand voice.
- To publish approved posts and read comments, messages and insights from your connected channels.
- To send account emails such as login details, approval reminders and monthly reports.
- To provide support, prevent abuse and improve the reliability of the service.
Your brand assets and AI
Your brand assets and content stay yours. Images, logos and copy you upload are used only to create content for your own workspace. They are not used to create content for other customers.
Every AI-written post, reply and boost is saved as a draft and waits for a person on your team to approve it before anything is published.
Connected social platforms
We connect to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X only through their official access, with the permissions you grant. You can disconnect a channel at any time from your workspace settings, and we stop collecting new data from it straight away. Each platform's own privacy policy also applies to data held on that platform.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who host, email and process data on our behalf under confidentiality terms.
- Social platforms, when you ask us to publish or boost a post on them.
- Clients or teammates you invite to your workspace, limited to the brands they can access.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to people who need it to run the service. We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, workspace content is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or export your data from your workspace or by asking us.
- Delete a brand, a channel connection or your whole account.
- Opt out of product update emails at any time. Account and security emails continue while you have an account.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms from spam. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
